Circles and Lily Bee!

I recently bought a new circle template after losing my old one 6 weeks ago. It was rough being without one for that long... it's a tool I use often. Last night I pulled out the new template, and these Lily Bee papers from Domestic Bliss, and here's what I created:

To create this layout, I started by drawing the circles. I drew each one 3 times, deliberately moving the template just a touch off each time. I placed my circles randomly, just because I felt like it.

Next, I painted around each circle with Glimmer Mist, then I randomly spritzed with a few Mister Huey's and more Glimmer Mist (yes, I was feeling the random thing!). I cut some circles from my paper, and cut the scalloped border off of one of the die cuts. It was the perfect size to surround my largest circle.

The photo is back lit and not the greatest, but I love it. I took it about 2 years ago when my kids were "helping" by cleaning the glass in the front door.

The rest of the layout was finished with pieces cut from the papers, some dry-brushed acrylic paint, and cardstock stickers. The letters are Thickers and Glitter Letters from Sassafras.
