From an amazing weekend with 60 women.
Last weekend, I had the chance to throw my very first crop! We celebrated National Scrapbook Weekend together. My manufacturers were very generous including:

PaperCraft Princess
Studio Calico
Someone even won a Slice. Cheryl Waters from Fiskateers was there and gave away a Fiskars basket. Overall, it was a great weekend and I'm already planning the next one. If you live in Southern California, please keep an eye out for an announcement.
On to other store news.....
Orders are on their way out the door this week! We're back in business! If you are waiting on an order, we are working overtime this week to get caught up after taking Thursday and Friday off last week to finish up the crop planning. We are doing our best to get orders out in time for you to get them by National Scrapbook Day - May 7th!
Speaking of NSD, we are having a little celebration here at the store.
Join us this week as we roll out some new sketches and announce a contest. If you haven't already, you will want to check out the Sketch posted last Friday and the Once Upon a Sketch posted on May 1st. We will be looking for people to post layouts and cards using these sketches.....but more on that later in the week! Don't worry, you will have a week to upload them to the gallery and here on the blog.
