Fold back two of the edges of the smaller circles so that they form a point.
Turn the circle over and fold the edges over so that they meet in the middle.
After completing all eight of your circle petals, take the larger circle and spread adhesive all over it and start laying the folded circles on as shown.
After you've fit all eight of your petals around the base, attach a brad, or button or whatever you'd like to the middle (I've used a large brad). That's it!
