Overwhelming!
We've been digging through the many boxes of goodies from PP this afternoon and I'm ready to wall paper my scrap loft with some of them.
You can see a TON of pictures from the PP booth at CHA in the gallery as well as on their blog. They do a fantastic job of making sure its updated with projects and all kinds of information on their products.
So make sure you get some of the Winsome Collection which feature 4 mini lines: Fetching, Fascinating, Captivating and Enchanting.
Each mini line comes complete with chipboard embellishments, funky fabric flowers, rubons and anything else you need.
And then there was a nice box from Jenni Bowlin with her pearl flowers and rhinestone buttons. We didn't order these before the show like the rest of the items because we wanted to see them in person. They were impressive. If you love vintage, you'll want some of these! They also make cute flower centers.
Restock on Jenni Bowlin chipboard buttons.
Make sure you look for our Newsletter tomorrow. We have a lot of fun information about March and April and you won't want to miss it!

The Man in Brown
Rascal goes crazy of course and now my son joins in - yelling at the guy and pointing.
So, what did he bring? Some Cosmo Cricket.
Everafter, Lil Man and Girl Friday. Such fun papers.
Really. Even better than the booth at CHA. I was running around like a mad person taking pictures of projects and layouts. So much to see in that awesome booth!
And a little warning to those of you who want the Spinner Cards - we have limited quantities on these. They were so popular that we barely got our order! Don't worry, we WILL get more in, but if you must get your hands on them, I wouldn't wait.
You can see the CHA recap HERE.
We have a few more things to update you on but that will have to wait for the Newsletter. Check your inboxes Saturday.

Joyce!
If I don't hear from you by Friday, I'll pick another winner.
Just wanted to update some of you on the order process and some shipping changes.
USPS is having problems with the Zip Code on my credit card - after 2 years. So I'm having to manually address and mail each of your boxes. This means several trips to the Post Office. So, until I get this resolved, please bear with me.
Also, the USPS recently raised rates (again) and they are due to be raised again in May. I'm as unhappy as you are about this and it effects me as much as you. I try to offer free shipping and discounted shipping costs, but as they continue to raise their prices, I have to make the necessary adjustment.
So, I'm looking at Fedex for my shipping services. Their rates are lower or comparable so I will be able to keep the low shipping costs available. To my US customers anyway.
For my international customers, things are going to change again. Because of some issues with the First Class shipping, we will no longer offer this option beginning in March. Several boxes have gone missing and the USPS claims they cannot track First Class once it leaves the US. I have had to issue refunds but am unable to claim the packages as missing to get a refund from USPS. So, its been hairy all the way around with them and the First Class packages. Therefore, I'm returning to the Priority Shipping only. Its more expensive but I can track and get a refund if need be. Until I find a better way to get packages mailed internationally, this is my only option at this point.
If anyone has any questions regarding the changes taking place March 1st, please email me at Admin@yourscrapbookstash.com.

i think i am becoming a big fan of the R-word.
i am addicted to keeping packaging, cardboards, bubble wraps, cellophane bags after each scrapbook related purchases.
Do you?? really, i am not sure why i keep them for.
i just thought i may need it someday...i chuck them into a big brown bag ; waiting for the someday.
so appropriately, Erica send us some reusable items and challenged us to use them.
she send us some organza bags and cardboards (measuring 2.5" x 3").
Yes, i admit i was challenged ! =)
Carrie did a sweet job with the organza bags:
So pretty !
here's what I did with the cardboards
i thought enough of wall decorations/ banners. Time for some table decorations!
and did you see this in the gallery ? I thought it looks so realistic and delicious ! Wendy used utee and i LOVE the effect ! Yummy !
off-the-page papercrafting is fun ! it's a good break from creating layouts.
i think we've share quite abit with the projects ... now it's time for us to get to know you better !
Tell us please, since you are into this craft, do you prefer doing altered art, cards, layouts or ALL of the above ?
We love to hear from you !

Finally!
Well, we waited and waited and FINALLY - stuff is starting to trickle in.
We received a lot of boxes from SEI today that contained 2 of their new lines - Bridgeport and Mimosa.
I can't tell you how excited we are to get these 2 lines in. They are FABULOUS! I know people aren't big fans of SEI but you need to take a second look at these! The beautiful Spring colors and patterns will win you over. And the embellishments have only gotten better. They offer several different kinds of chipboard embellishments with glitter and foil accents, epoxy brads, rubons and even acrylic stamps to match the lines.
And the papers! Oh man the papers! Glitter, varnish and foil. Each paper is 12x12 and double-sided. The front has some sort of foil, varnish or glitter accent on it while the backs are plain paper.
The possibilities are endless with these lines.
You can see more of these lines in the CHA Gallery HERE.

Onto the walls ...
It is not a big thing on our calendar .
Don't get me wrong, we don't frown on anyone splurging to mark this special day.
That said, i'm one who prefers to take some time and make my own gift for that special somebody. Nothing elaborate, just something from the heart.
How about you, do you make, buy or not do anything for Valentine's ?
what else besides albums and cards do you make ?
We sure love to hear some ideas and get inspirations from you too!

Design Team Gallery {picture heavy}
The Pink Paislee Sweet Cakes line is perfect for just about anything. The colors are so refreshing!
Mandy - she loves to create cards, tags and minis so if you ever need that inspiration, see Mandy! How cute is this little felt purse for the mini tags and valentines!
A great use of the Maya Road keychains!
June - I think this girl uses every last scrap of paper and every embellishment I send her! I can't believe some of the things she comes up with! This is the new card kit thats going on sale today. 10 cards from 3 sheets of paper - just add cardstock. Look for a special discount in the store today.
Maya Road cupcake rubons - who can resist the cupcakes??
Awesome Valentines banner made with the Cosmo Cricket Chemistry line!
Wendy - She's another one who uses everything I send her. I love this!
******Layout removed for Publication*******
More fun papers - the KI Lace cardstock. They make your layouts and cards pop!I love all the fun details of this layout, but what caught my eye was the placement of the letters around the focal point of the photo - hands holding.
More Making Memories Love Notes - really have to admit that Making Memories just outdoes themselves with each new line. The new embellishments and papers they come out with make you think outside the box. Their latest sticker letters are so elegant. Wendy cut some of the lace patterned paper from this line and added some glitter to the edges to make the lace flowers pop from the page.
And a few weeks ago, we had our big Birthday Bash. Mandy ran the show for an entire week. Next up, Valentines week with Emeline! Yeah! She'll be sharing some of her favorites from the gallery, some of her February projects and a lot more! There will be a giveaway and there is currently a contest open. Make sure you have your layouts and cards uploaded by the 14th to win! We still have a huge pile of free stuff from CHA to give away!
Back to the Birthday Bash. Mandy asked everyone to find a layout in the Stash Gallery and lift it. We've been so busy with CHA and new products that we skipped over the announcement. Congrats to Adeline!
