Unfortunately we don't exactly have a fall season here in Singapore. But I do enjoy taking in the foliage when I travel to a country that enjoys the fall season. Love the colors!

ohhhh FALL...one of my favourite season though in sunny Singapore we do no not have seasons, I was lucky enough to visit some countries that has. I love seeing how the leaves fall from the trees, aided by the determined wind to make the trees as bare as it could! Reminds me of all my Enid Blyton books :D

Every year we go to the local fruit farm for the octoberfest. We roast hot dogs, have cider, and take home lots of pumpkins, and corn stalks. We have been going for years and now our kids love going too!

I'm looking forward to the fall fair out at a local farm. There will pumpkins for the kids to paint, fresh pressed apple juice, animals to see, and lots of vendors (similar to a farmer's market).

There is a Pumpkin Nut Muffin recipe I like to make when it gets cooler out and we slip into fall...

Unfortunately, I've misplaced it and I've actually been thinking about it again.

Oh, I know, I can look for it online!

:)

Happy now,

There is a witch festival (fun witches, not scary ones) at a local outdoor shopping center that my kids have loved for the past few years. They have all kinds of activities for the whole family. We are counting down the days!

We love to visit the parks, feed the fishes and ducks, ride on the amusement rides and fly kites, just before the weather gets too cold and uncomfortable for these activities...

OOOHHH. we live close to amish country in pennsylvania, so we love to head up there early, check out all the new canned yummies - jams, spreads, sauces, dips - and just walk around and enjoy all the fun new fall crafts. it's a wonderful day out, with lots of food sampling, and we finish it off with the BEST buffet dinner. butter noodles for the win! :D

My favorite fall activity is to walk in the woods, through fallen leaves, when the air is crisp and chilly and the trees are all colors of autumn.
